Naina along with her family had gone to the market where Sameer had unknowingly put a Chewing Gum on her hair
So, when they went back home, at night, Preeti cut her hair at home.
She put the cut hair in the dustbin which later Pralay got while he was playing.
In the evening, when Sameer’s Nanu comes home, he sees Sameer and he goes and meets him while Sameer is trying to hide under the blanket. They have a small conversation and Nanaji goes out of the room.
Next morning, Sameer is playing his guitar and he is called by his Nanaji for breakfast through the servant but he refuses to go.
Again the servant comes to call him when his mother arrives and Sameer is sitting with his Mom and his grandfather at the breakfast table and is getting a scolding from his Mom as he ran away from his hostel of the Dehradun Boarding school that led to a lot of embarrassment for his step father as he got a call of complain from Sameer’s school.
In the school, Naina opens up her hair and everyone is shocked to see her haircut.
When she comes back home, whole family and neighbours are watching the Television and Chachiji is beating Preeti because she thought Preeti had cut her hair but Preeti confesses that she had failed in the Maths exam and she thinks may be because of that she is getting the beating from her Mom but meanwhile everybody discovers that Naina had cut her hair and they are surprised seeing her hairband slip off her hair.
